Michele Garcia

Appointment Coordinator

Michele Garcia is an Appointment Coordinator who has been part of the practice since 2016. She enjoys the opportunity to connect with patients each day and takes pride in building positive relationships with everyone who visits the office.

Michele contributes to the team by helping patients find appointment times that work well with their schedules. Her friendly approach and strong rapport with patients help make the scheduling process smooth, supportive, and stress-free.

Outside of the office, Michele enjoys going to the movies, visiting museums, and traveling. Her favorite food is anything her boyfriend buys her — whether it's McDonald's or a nice steak.

Michelle Ketola

Registered Dental Hygienist

Michelle Ketola is a Registered Dental Hygienist who joined the practice in August 2024. She enjoys building meaningful relationships with both patients and team members, and she loves being part of a practice that continues to grow within the community.

Michelle brings a vibrant personality to the office and is passionate about helping patients better understand their oral health. Through patient education, including guidance on nutrition and home care, she helps patients feel informed, encouraged, and confident in their smiles.

Outside of dentistry, Michelle enjoys gardening and has a great green thumb. She loves growing vegetables and spending time feeding wildlife. Her favorite treat is ice cream — she loves the stuff!

Jamie Campagnoni

Office Manager & Treatment Coordinator

Jamie Campagnoni serves as the Office Manager and Treatment Coordinator. Since joining the practice in 2024, Jamie has enjoyed getting to know the patients and helping them feel supported throughout their dental care experience.

In her role, Jamie helps present treatment plans and follows up with patients regarding their care. She plays an important part in making sure patients understand their options and feel comfortable moving forward with treatment.

Outside of the office, Jamie enjoys gardening, going to the gym, and spending time with her family. Her favorite food is Mexican cuisine.

Virginia Montenegro De Sanchez

Insurance Coordinator

Virginia Montenegro De Sanchez is the Insurance Coordinator and has been part of the practice for over two years. She enjoys working in a private dental practice where patients leave feeling confident in their smiles, and she values the positive energy, care, and teamwork within the office.

Virginia helps support the success of the practice by managing outstanding claim collections, tracking aging reports, minimizing claim denials, and helping with the insurance verification process. Her attention to detail helps reduce last-minute scheduling issues and keeps the patient experience running smoothly.

Outside of the office, Virginia cherishes spending time with her husband, children, and grandkids. Her favorite food is Mexican food.

Casandra Rocha

Dental Assistant

Casandra joined our team in September 2025 as a dental assistant. She earned a Bachelor of Science in biology from Cal State Channel Islands in 2025 while pursuing a career in health care. She also completed her dental assisting certification at California Academy of Dental Assisting in 2025. Casandra enjoys working with a great team and contributes by helping patients feel completely at ease while supporting gentle, seamless care.

Outside of the office, Casandra enjoys going to the gym, reading, hiking, visiting the beach and trying new coffee shops. She enjoys many types of food, including Mexican, Italian, Mediterranean and Chinese cuisine.

Francesca Gonzales

Registered Dental Assistant

Francesca joined our team in September 2025 as a registered dental assistant. She attended Ventura County Dental Assisting School in 2012 and earned her RDA license through Simi Valley Adult School and Career Institute in 2017. She enjoys being part of a caring, helpful team and finds it especially rewarding to help patients overcome dental fears, build trust and feel confident as they improve their dental health.

Outside of the office, Francesca enjoys spending time with her husband and son. She loves hiking locally and in national parks, biking, reading, watching classic movies and embroidery. Her favorite food is Mediterranean cuisine.
